Requirement: Masters in Statistics, or Mathematics, or related stochastic modeling field, or MBA. 4-5 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing information about the marketplace by designing and executing custom market research studies designed to produce actionable consumer insights.
• Conduct research related to market, brands, consumer behavior, product offerings, customer satisfaction level, segmentation etc that will help the management by providing information which is relevant to decision making.
• Looking beyond the obvious. Sees relationships between issues to solve complex problems. Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
• Analyzing market research output using appropriate techniques in order to recommend strategic marketing actions and understanding consumer behaviors .
• Working closely with different organizational functions to develop research plans and ensure that they are getting the relevant consumer insights they need to make well-informed business decisions.
• Managing a team of researchers and developing market research as a discipline .
• Developing, monitoring and analyzing test market studies to evaluate in-market performance of new brands and promotional initiatives
• Managing research vendors and to ensure understanding of and adherence to project requirements, productivity, quality, consistency and accuracy
• Work with research vendors to ensure delivery of world class ad hoc and tracker research to inform and drive business strategies.
